Terms of Sale

Payment Options:

Dream, Create and Share Scrapbooking online store  accepts paypal, and e-transfer. Instore I am able to accept through Square register- Visa, Master Card, Discover and JBC credit cards, cash, e-transfer and PayPal transfer. Sorry no debit card at this time.

Condition of Sale:
At this time I do not have to charge tax, however when I need to collect tax, all prices on my site and in store will be TAX in, so the price you see is the price you pay.  All prices are in Canadian dollars. Prices are subject to change due to changing costs from suppliers.  All price changes are posted on this site as they happen.   The price posted at the time of purchase is the price you pay.

Returns and Exchange:
We will accept refunds within fourteen (14) days from the date your item was received as long as the packaging is still in tact and it looks like new and has not been opened or used. Refunds are subject to a 20% restocking fee, and refunds will not be given until Dream, Create and Share Scrapbooking has  received the item(s) back in good, sellable condition.  There are no refunds or exchanges on sale merchandise as these are all final sale.  No refunds will be given on any shipping costs.  There will be no refunds or exchanges on paper, stickers, books, pens and CD’s, open stock items or PDF tutorials.  All products must be returned to Dream, Create and Share Scrapbooking at customers' expense. 

Items that have been insured and are lost or damaged in transit will either be replaced or credited at our discretion as item(s) may no longer be available. Shipping damage does not happen often, but does occur. When this does happen, please contact Dream, Create and Share Scrapbooking via e mail with supporting images of both arcticle(s) damaged and damaged package as l will need them to send to Canada Post. Canada Post is good about covering the cost of the damaged item(s) as well as shipping cost, but proof of damage is required.

Correction or Cancellation of your order:
Correction or cancellation of orders can only be made before item(s) are shipped and are subject to a 25% restocking fee when cancelled. Cancellation of orders cannot be made once the item(s) have been shipped.

Special Orders:
Special orders in store are welcome if the product(s) are available from the manufacturer or my suppliers.  Special orders over $100 will receive a 5% discount if item(s) is picked up within a week of notification. Orders over $200 will receive a 10% discount if picked up within a week of notification.

Orders not picked up within a month will go back on shelf for sale and may be subject to a 25% restocking fee. This is at Dream, Create and Share Scrapbooking's discretion.

Once your order is in you will be contacted by method contacted or requested either by phone, Facebook message, text or email  for delivery or pick up arrangements to be made. 

Out of Stock/Back Orders:
I do my best to keep online stock up to date, but on a busy day some items may sell out in store and therefore may not be current for online stock totals. If out of stock on item(s) in your order, I will contact you to let you know, if possible, and offer to hold your order until all item(s) are in stock, or give you the option to cancel item(s). If I can't reach you, I will cancel item(s) and mark as back ordered. If you are still interested you can re-purchase when back in stock, provided item is still available from supplier.
